My RARE Cancer Treatment Explained! (Keytruda) - Amanda | Rare Cancer | The Patient Story
Amanda is currently undergoing an immunotherapy called Keytruda. In this cancer vlog, she describes how her immunotherapy for cancer works, how long the treatment is, and the side effects.
After going through two rare cancers, Amanda was most recently diagnosed with extra ovarian primary peritoneal carcinoma. She started feeling fullness/pressure in her pelvis and scans eventually revealed a grapefruit-sized mass in her pelvis, with part of it being a solid tumor. After surgery to remove the mass, the pathology revealed her diagnosis as extra ovarian primary peritoneal carcinoma, which is a rare gynecologic cancer.
Amanda is in full remission, but she will continue on the immunotherapy fo...

How I Found Out I Had SKIN CANCER! - Amy | Melanoma | The Patient Story
Просмотров 8 тыс.День назад
Amy loves the sun, and when she was young, she didn’t take sun protection as seriously as she knew she should have, and now she's had skin cancer multiple times. At 17, some spots on her skin raised concerns, so she started seeing a dermatologist. Later on, a spot appeared on her chest that became really itchy and began to bleed. This was Amy’s first experience with Stage 1B Melanoma. She would...
I KNEW It Was CANCER! - Andrea | Colorectal Cancer | The Patient Story
Просмотров 61 тыс.День назад
As a nurse practitioner, Andrea knew she had cancer. She had symptoms like blood in her stool and lower back pain. She just had a baby though, so doctors kept dismissing her symptoms as post-pregnancy problems. Andrea finally found a doctor who was willing to schedule her in for a colonoscopy right away, and that’s when they found a large mass in her sigmoid colon. She was diagnosed with Stage ...
It Was Easy To IGNORE My Symptoms! - Josh | Testicular Cancer | The Patient Story

I can't comment on the video so I'm going to say it here and its a warning. Do not proclaim things over your life like this women did. My mother said she would pass before she turned 40 and days before her 40th she did. The power of life and ☠ is in the power of the tongue and those who love it will eat the fruit there of.

Most of time I see a video on colon cancer people ended up revealing they eat a lot processed food, hamburger, food full of sugars etc. It does not surprise me. Ofc it is not the only cause, but it is kinda intuitive it is a co-factor in many cases. I still remember I saw I video of a 25 yo telling her dramatic story about colon cancer and during the video she asked her mother "are we going to Mc Donlad later?". Bad eating habits are not enough ofc (you need genetic predisposition too), but be careful what you eat. Prevention starts with food. I hope you they gonna discover a cure for this kind of stage IV cancer. My best wishes.

Hello, I also have primary Myelofibrosis. I had been suffering from my left hip for quite some time and last January I was told that it was not a worn out hip but Myelofibrosis. My spleen was extremely large. It was in my pelvis. I then started with ruxolitinib (Jakavi) 30 mg per day. That was too large a dose. My kidney function deteriorated. Now that it has been adjusted, my kidney function is stable, but my Hb is low. My wife is a foot reflexologist and she gives me a foot massage every week. This helps a lot, the pain in my hip is completely gone and comes back a bit after 6 days. I am currently still at home and the hematologist/oncologist does not allow me to work. At the end of June 2024 I have to go to the hospital again for a physical appointment. My blood is checked every month and the next day the doctor calls me about the results and what should be done. I wish you much strength and many more good years. I'm from the Netherlands.

Possible cancer cures: 1. The safe antiparasitic called fenbendazole. 2. The Primal diet by Aajonus Vonderplanitz. Raw dairy. 3. The raw German cottage cheese and raw flaxseed oil mixture with crushed flaxseeds and berries. Cured 98 percent of terminal cancer. Her name was Budwig. Find German videos. 4. Carnivore diet, but cook animal products as lightly as possible. Raw unsalted dairy. You can eat ANY animal products. Doctors are 30 years behind the latest discoveries. John D. Rockefeller, an American oil business man, got the law changed. Medical doctors went from using raw liver for nerve damage and anemia to only using drugs and surgery.

Had you been a man? They’d have done blood tests, scheduled you for scans DAY 1! That Doctor would be planning how he’d find out what was going on WHILE YOU WERE STILL SPEAKING! I can’t believe you’re still alive! Where can we hear your full story? A few years ago, I gained 70 lbs IN SEVEN WEEKS! YES….WEEKS! I am a 2X Breast Cancer Survivor. I was still in Treatment then. I’d been Petite all my life. A U.S. Women’s size 1. Nothing in my life had changed for me to suddenly in my late 50’s gain an extreme amount of weight so fast. Calories in and Calories burned were the same as they’d always been. The food I ate was the same. The brand, the kind. THE ONLY CHANGE WAS My Doctor changed 2 of my Medications. So I go back to my Doctor to get help. This was seriously affecting me as well as worrying me. His exact words were and I quote “WHEN WOMEN GET OLD YOU GET FAT. YOU NEED TO LEARN NOT TO BITCH ABOUT IT” unquote 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I just stared at him in shock and anger and quietly got up, and then stared right at him and said “Are you kidding me? If I was a Man and I’d gained 70 lbs in a year? You’d be referring me to a specialist. If I was a MAN and I’d gained 70 lbs in 6 months, you’d be sending me to the lab TODAY and You’d wait for the results! If I was a Man and I’d gained 70 lbs in 7 weeks? YOU’D HAVE MY MAN FAT ASS IN A WHEELCHAIR & YOU, YOURSELF WOULD BE RUNNING MY FAT MAN ASS TO THE ER TO GET ME ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL TODAY! But I’m a WOMAN SO SHUT UP, AND DON’T BITCH ABOUT IT? Are you f*cking kidding me?” Then got my purse and started to leave. He says “where are you going? We’re not done here” I replied “Well first I’m going to file a Formal Complaint against you. Then I’m going to find myself a real Doctor” and I left before he could say anything. I didn’t shout but the words capped were spoken very differently. Almost growling I was so angry. I’m retired Military and yes I went and immediately filed a formal complaint. Nothing ever came of it. I’ve lost 50 ish lbs of the 70 gained. I still have no clue why that happened. I went from a size 1 to a 12/14 in less than 2 months. The pain was awful. I felt like I could watch myself getting bigger. I’m now a size 6/8 and feel good at this size. I mean I’m in my 60’s now so 🤷🏼‍♀️ Doctors need to stop this shit

It’s a miracle this lady is here. Always listen to your body. You know it best. If your doctor dismisses your symptoms to easily and it continues get another opinion. I’m on the other side of stage 3 breast cancer 7 years. My oncologist monitors me very closely. I’m still seeing him every 3 months. He’s such a blessing in my life. I’m considered high risk as I was stage 3 on diagnosis and my “tumor” was the size of a tiny freckle on the skin. It did not show up on mammogram or ultrasound. It looked odd. You just never know. Get second and 3rd opinions if necessary.
